Freedom Broker confirms the information published in several media outlets that on August 23, 2024, investigative actions were carried out by authorized bodies at the company's headquarters located at: Almaty, Al-Farabi Avenue, 77/7 (Esentai Tower Business Center) as part of a criminal investigation into securities transactions conducted by certain clients of JSC Freedom Finance. Specifically, this concerns transactions involving the sale of Kcell shares by JSC Kazakhtelecom on the KASE stock exchange. In some of these transactions, JSC Freedom Finance acted as the broker for the clients.
