By the decision of the specialized inter-district court on administrative violations of the city of Almaty from september 19, 2025, JSC “Freedom Finance” was brought to administrative responsibility under part 8 of article 214 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan with imposition of administrative penalty in the form of a fine.
