By the resolution of the Specialized Interdistrict Court for Administrative Offenses of Almaty dated January 27, 2025, a resolution was issued to bring Freedom Finance JSC to administrative responsibility under Part 2 of Article 256 of the Administrative Code with the imposition of an administrative fine.
