The resolution of the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 09/20/2024 issued a resolution on bringing Freedom Finance JSC to administrative responsibility under Part 2 of Article 256 of the Administrative Code and imposed an administrative fine in the amount of 738,400 tenge.
