Постановлением специализированного межрайонного суда по административным делам г. Алматы от 13 декабря 2022 года АО «Фридом Финанс» привлечено к административной ответственности по ч.10 ст. 214 КоАП РК и наложено административное взыскание в виде штрафа в размере 500 МРП, со снижением размера штрафа на 30%.
